Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older (18+ depending on local/state)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Scan items and process purchases accurately
• Bag groceries and assist customers at checkout
• Answer questions and resolve simple issues
• Keep front-end area organized, clean, and stocked
• Assist with cart collection and general front-end upkeep
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow during shifts
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs where needed
