This role requires basic math, strong communication, and reliability. Full-time hours, 35 per week, with shifts including Fridays and Saturdays; you will stock, assist with bagging, and support store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.
• Basic math skills for cash transactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scan items to access prices.
• Greet guests and offer add-ons and promotions.
• Redeem coupons and weigh produce when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and stock shelves as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, debit/credit/gift cards and provide receipts.
• Assist with bagging and carry-out duties and maintain till balance.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Answer guest questions and resolve complaints professionally.
