Spec's Family Partners in Texas is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the register. You will greet customers, scan items, apply discounts, redeem coupons, and process payments with cash, card, or gift card while maintaining accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

The role requires strong math skills, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will help keep the checkout area clean, assist with bagging, support inventory, and follow company scripts

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Able to read and follow scripts and policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scan items.
• Greet guests and provide courteous service.
• Maintain checkout area clean and organized.
• Process payments (cash, card, gift card, coupons).
• Balance drawer at start/end of shift and prepare cash drop if needed.
• Assist with bagging and carrying items for guests.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct barcode scans.
• Follow safety rules and company scripts at the register.
