Job summary

Spec's Family Partners in Texas is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the register. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find items while maintaining a positive checkout experience.

You will operate the cash register, scan items, handle payments, apply discounts, and promote add-ons and the charity of the month. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cashiering preferred.
• Able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Operate cash register, scan items and process payments.
• Ensure accurate pricing and UPC lookup.
• Suggest add-ons and promote the charity of the month.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area.
• Assist with stocking and price checking.
