The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cashiering experience preferred, basic math skills, and the ability to work varying shifts including Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering and customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent service.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Scan items, look up prices, and ensure correct pricing.
• Apply discounts and redeem coupons as applicable.
• Assist with bagging, carrying out items, and maintaining a clean checkout area.
• Balance drawer and prepare end-of-shift cash drops.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
