Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging products.
• Answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and provide a personalized service experience.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and alcohol sale regulations to keep a compliant store environment.
• Perform cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
