Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions including ID check, payments, inquiries, loyalty, and bagging.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and build customer relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
• Seasonal roles may be short-term (≤6 months) with option for non-seasonal role.
