Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly cashier/front-end team member for our Citrus Park, FL location. You will process transactions, verify IDs, promote loyalty programs, and assist customers with product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer categories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Passion for best-in-class customer service
• team player mindset
• 1-3 years of work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
• Physical requirements (with or without accommodations)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, and loyalty promotions
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
