Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt for easier bagging and grouping items.
• Check bottoms of carts and under seats for items before completing an order.
• Follow bagging procedures and handle payments per standard practice.
• Maintain cash control and follow refund procedures.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Ensure front end area is neat and merchandise is presented well.
