You will work with fellow associates to ensure a smooth checkout process and support the Customer Service Manager as needed. The position emphasizes courteous service, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers and assist with their orders and questions.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Handle payments, scan orders and process transactions.
• Follow cash, coupon, gift card, and WIC procedures and refunds.
• Maintain neat, clean front-end area and presentation.
• Report equipment issues and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
