• Handle refunds, coupons, and currency exchanges according to policy.
• Assist customers by offering to take orders to their car when needed.
• Maintain accurate cash control and report any issues to management.
• Follow procedures and perform overrides when required.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer help with their purchase.
