Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales.
• Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier functions, including open/close register, ring sales, complete tender transactions, bag merchandise.
• Complete file maintenance log for price discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkstand area to housekeeping standards.
• Answer telephones and comply with corporate policies.
• Promote Company initiatives and verify EAS tags at point of sale.
• Respond to EAS pedestal activations and verify tag removal.
• Open and close the customer service desk.
• Process refunds, exchanges, gift cards, and other transactions.
