Qualifications

• Customer-facing communication and service
• Accurate handling of transactions (cash, card, digital payments)
• Attention to pricing, scanning, and order accuracy
• Basic math skills for cash handling and change
• Organizing tasks and managing time during shifts
• Assisting with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Identifying and addressing pricing, transaction, or customer service questions
• Knowledge of register procedures and checkout processes
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and customer flow
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately at checkout and assist customers
• Maintain clean and organized front-end area throughout shift
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, and stocking as needed
