Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to help deliver a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will assist with scanning items, answering questions, and keeping the front end organized and clean throughout the shift.

Flexibility is valued: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service is helpful, but training is provided. You’ll join a team that values belonging, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state rules).
• Complete cashier/front-end training on hire.
• Basic math and good communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle checkout transactions and assist customers at the front end.
• Bag groceries, collect carts, restock, and maintain checkout area.
• Answer questions and resolve basic pricing or service inquiries.
• Follow company policies and checkout procedures to ensure accuracy.
