The role supports a fast-paced environment with opportunities for interactions across customers and team members, emphasizing friendly service and accuracy in everyday tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-end experience preferred but not required
• Ability to handle cash, card and digital payments accurately
• Strong attention to scanning, pricing and order accuracy
• Good math and communication skills for transactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain steady workflow
• Experience assisting with bagging, cart retrieval and front-end upkeep
• Ability to recognize and resolve pricing or service questions
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow during shifts
• Comfort standing long hours and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout to ensure smooth transactions
• Rotate between tasks such as transactions, bagging, cart collection and restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end and checkout area
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures throughout the shift
