Total Wine & More in Tampa, FL is hiring a Cashier (Front End Team Member) to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and throughout the store. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and loyalty program promotion.
• Greet customers, engage with them, and provide product information.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the store and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• If seasonal, expect term length with option to transfer to non-seasonal role.
