Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cashier register, scan items, and process payments (cash, card, and digital).
• Bag groceries and assist with cart retrieval and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and front-end workspace.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues at the point of sale.
• Support overall front-end operations and uphold company policies and procedures.
