Job summary

Michaels Framingham is hiring a retail team member to help customers find products and provide friendly, efficient service. You’ll handle checkout, assist with stocking, and support truck unloading while maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Eligible candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings; 16+ years old; a positive, team-oriented attitude is required. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods
• Move throughout the store and perform heavy lifting when required
• Basic math and cash handling skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling
• Enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Complete merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
