Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver a high level of service at our Lancaster retail location. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries.

You will ensure smooth checkout operations, accurate transactions, and maintain organized front-end areas. You will also support returns, memberships, and respond to customer questions under guidance from store leadership.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Process accurate register transactions with cash handling and membership verification.
• Assist customers at the front of the store and respond to in-store and phone inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front-end areas.
• Support returns, memberships, and customer questions per store policies.
