Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver a high level of service at our retail branch. You will be the first contact for in-store and phone inquiries, handle cashier duties, and support smooth checkout operations.

You will assist customers with transactions, process returns, restock merchandise, and guide shoppers through policies and pricing. Collaborate with branch leadership to support sales, fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory objectives.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location.
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.

Job Summary

The Front End Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for delivering a high level of service and satisfaction to all customers in a retail branch location. The Front End Associate supports key operational goals by efficiently handling cashier duties, assisting customers at the front of the store, and serving as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries.
