Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and supervise customers, respond to questions, and explain store policies courteously.
• Initiate hiring, discipline, promotion, and evaluation of front-end staff.
• Develop weekly labor schedules for front-end employees with store manager approval.
• Ensure front-end safety and proper cash handling procedures.
• Supervise checkout, bagging, and movement of bags to customer cars.
• Open and close cash-handling procedures and assist with returns and refunds.
