Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store team member at our DFW Fort Worth Montgomery Plaza location. You will assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in stock duties, planograms, and omni-channel support including BOPIS/SFS, contributing to a well-merchandised and in-stock store. The role requires reliability, ability to stand long hours, and a positive, respectful attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes and perform stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and perform stocking, planograms (POGs) and merchandise recovery.
• Support SISO and AD set duties; participate in store recovery and safety programs.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers on VOC surveys.
