• Greet teammates and athletes to understand their needs and assist with a smooth shopping experience.
• Follow merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage and inventory.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs, and comply with applicable laws including ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
