Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of call/contact center experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • 3–5 years claim handling experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual is a plus (preferred).
  • Service Advisor or Service Drive experience (preferred).
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems (preferred).

Role Overview

The adjuster is responsible for the investigation of coverage, liability, and damages, negotiating with claimants, attorneys, and other insurance carriers, through the life of the claim, with authority for settlement.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful
