Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC, Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Family Enrollment Specialist to manage the front door for families navigating ABA services. You will welcome families, collect required paperwork, and keep the intake pipeline moving efficiently.

You will contact families by phone, email, and text, coordinate documents, verify insurance, and facilitate timely service start. ABA experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in intake, healthcare coordination, or administration.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• ABA experience is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Talk to families on the phone, email, and text to explain next steps.
• Send intake packets and track required documents until complete.
• Check insurance eligibility and manage Verification of Benefits.
• Obtain and facilitate required documentation so services start smoothly.
• Communicate regularly to prevent delays and escalate gaps as needed.
• Help transition from intake to active services.
