Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer, administer and direct all incoming calls and emails appropriately while providing basic information when needed
• Greet and direct visitors in a friendly, hospitable manner
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning documents
• Arrange catering for meetings
• Assist in shipping packages via USPS and FedEx
• Organize maintenance to keep the office clean and safe and ensure office equipment is in good working order
• Order and compile supplies for all locations
• Work within our Customer Rewards Program and assist customers with Rewards points
• Direct guest feedback to appropriate contact
