The position requires evening and weekend availability, two years in hospitality management, knowledge of Michigan driving laws, and a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff activities, interview, train, coach, and schedule to ensure coverage.
• Lead departmental meetings and develop safety, process, and brand adherence.
