TNT Strong is seeking energetic, dependable caregivers to join our Lil' Dynamites childcare team inside our 24/7 fitness facility. This part-time role reports to the Operations Manager and involves supervising children, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming space.

The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and patient, with strong communication. Previous childcare experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifikationen

We are looking for energetic, dependable and caring people to join our Lil' Dynamites childcare team inside our 24/7 fitness facility. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

WHO WE ARE

TNT Strong is one of Southern Maryland's premier fitness facilities: a 20,000+ sq ft training facility with 24/7 gym access, personal training, semi-private strength coaching, group training, nutrition coaching, recovery amenities including saunas and showers, and on-site childcare for our members and families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Supervise and monitor children in the childcare area. Engage children in age-appropriate activities including games, crafts, coloring, storytelling and creative play. Keep the childcare space safe, clean and organized. Communicate professionally with parents and staff. Follow all childcare safety and sign-in/sign-out procedures. Report any injury, incident or parent concern to a supervisor immediately and document it. Help create a welcoming atmosphere for families.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable and punctual. Friendly, energetic and patient. Comfortable with children of different ages. A strong communicator with a positive attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred but not required: previous childcare, daycare, camp, teaching or babysitting experience; CPR and First Aid certification; customer service or hospitality experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

BENEFITS AND OTHER COMPENSATION

This is a part-time position. Part-time employees receive Maryland Earned Sick and Safe Leave as required by law, plus complimentary employee gym access and complimentary childcare during eligible periods, subject to facility rules, capacity and program terms.

TNT Strong company-sponsored vacation, sick, personal and holiday benefits are available to full-time employees (averaging at least 35 hours per week) after a 90-day introductory period, should this role move to full-time. TNT Strong does not currently sponsor a group health insurance plan.

There is no commission or bonus compensation attached to this role.
