Qualifications

• Customer service and registration experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW Customer Service to members and prospects.
• Assist with class scheduling and billing.
• Sell new memberships and promote programs to leads.
• Follow up with inquiries, sign-ups, and former customers.
• Explain membership options and promotions to potential customers.
