• Associate's degree and three years of moderately responsible office administration or business management experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with data handling and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive front-facing presence for visitors and students; act as gatekeeper and assist with desk operations.
• Maintain open communication with Frisco Landing departments to share up-to-date information.
• Ensure timely and accurate data on visitors and staff for reporting and funding purposes.
• Apply FERPA training to handle student records with care and confidentiality; supervise student workers.
• Develop safety training alongside UNT PD and Frisco partners; participate in safety committees.
• Lead desk staff training, scheduling, supervision and performance evaluations.
• Represent UNT positively and serve as role model for the Welcome Desk team.
