Catch 31 | Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining team and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room. You will clear and reset tables, assist with beverage and food service, and help servers deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability in a part-time schedule, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced oceanfront setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred but not required.
• Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain tables, wipe and reset surfaces for new guests.
• Refill water, bread baskets, condiments; assist with delivering items.
• Support servers by running food from kitchen to tables.
• Coordinate table turnover and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and equipment.

Server Assistant @ Catch 31 Hilton Virginia Beach OceanfrontPosition OverviewJob Title: Server AssistantLocation: 3001 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451Schedule: Variable or Part-Time (must include weekends and holidays)Work Environment: Oceanfront hotel right on the boardwalkSummary:The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas in a restaurant.
