Job summary

HealthFitness is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for Advocate Good Shepherd in Barrington, IL. This full-time role leads the front desk team, builds member relationships, and ensures an exceptional guest experience.

The position schedules 30 hours weekly, with evening and weekend coverage as listed. CPR/First Aid is preferred and required within 30 days. Compensation reflects hourly wage with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid preferred but must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff to ensure coverage.
• Oversee check-in and guest protocols; maintain a welcoming environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for the front desk team.
• Address member questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support membership sales, promotions, and events; collaborate with other departments.
