Regency Hotel Management in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead and support front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth check-in/check-out processes.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong English communication, and a neat appearance; education in hospitality preferred. Collaboration with other departments and participation in FOM/GM meetings are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree in hospitality management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare weekly sales and business level forecast.
• Assist with front desk staff scheduling and occupancy adjustments.
• Assist in supervising Front Office operations to provide courteous service.
• Maintain statistics on rooms, reservations, arrivals/departures and occupancy.
• Coordinate with other departments for in-house activities.
• Participate in hotel department meetings per FOM and GM.
