Job summary

Concord Hospitality's Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills location is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure guest service excellence. You will oversee check-ins/outs, handle communications, and maintain brand standards while coordinating with related hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team and train staff.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates and amenities.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper telephone etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist with yield management.
• Handle safe deposits by guests and maintain security procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Train Front Desk staff.
