Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk operations.
• Maintain productivity, employee morale, and guest service.
• Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist FOM in training front desk staff on guest services, brand standards, and POS systems.
• Check guests in and out in accordance with standards.
• Inform guests about facilities, policies, and procedures; provide tourist information.
• Handle the hotel phone system and transfer calls.
• Take, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations.
• Address inquiries, requests, and complaints; coordinate with departments for special requests.
• Perform cashier duties and post charges to guest accounts.
• Follow security procedures and know hotel emergency procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Front Office area.
• Notify managers of problems involving guests or staff.
• Adhere to all hotel rules and policies.
