• Ensure proper completion of check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and payments.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery, escalating when needed.
• Monitor room availability, rates, upgrades, and opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, promotions, and upcoming events.
