Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP in Hilo, HI is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for a full-time, hospital-based laboratory role. You will supervise reception staff, coordinate daily operations, and assist patients and physicians while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous customer service or healthcare experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support reception staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate daily front desk operations, staffing schedules, and workflow priorities.
• Assist patients, physicians, and team members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Monitor registration, data entry, and requisition processing for accuracy and compliance.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members while promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Support departmental goals through performance monitoring and process improvements.
• This is a hospital-based laboratory environment.
