Job summary

Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP in Honolulu, HI is hiring for a full-time position in Laboratory Operations. No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided. Base hourly pay ranges from $19.74 to $21.71, with 40 hours per week.

You will collect and process specimens, ensure safety and quality, and handle basic lab equipment while protecting patient PHI and following PPE guidelines. Training includes HIPAA awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong reading, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment including centrifuges and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process laboratory specimens (phlebotomy).
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality control.
• Maintain confidentiality with PHI and privacy standards.
