Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software and PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of billing areas focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
• Acts as liaison between company, insurance organizations, and customers.
• Supervises and schedules staff; monitors performance per HR guidelines.
• Ensures statements are processed and mailed promptly.
• Manages refunds, re-bills, payments, and collections timely.
