Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train front desk team members, acting as a friendly coach.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally to leave guests satisfied.
• Assist with daily tasks like event sheets, business center support, and lobby readiness.
