Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's San Marcos Embassy Suites is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Front Desk Agent for a full‑time role. You will welcome guests, check them in and out with warmth, and keep the lobby inviting and guest-ready.

You’ll train new team members, handle guest issues promptly, and assist with event sheets, business center support, and daily tasks. A high school diploma and comfort with hotel systems are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and people skills are essential.
• Leadership or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be able to use hotel software confidently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
