Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Lincoln Embassy Suites is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy, and keep the lobby guest-ready. You’ll be the first smile guests see and the go-to problem solver for the team.

You'll train new front desk teammates, resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, and handle daily tasks like event sheet distribution and business center support.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Hospitality experience or leadership experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tech-savvy enough to use hotel systems confidently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on duty on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
