Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who will be the hub of guest interaction, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards. You will lead a cohesive team, train staff, and assist with revenue management while maintaining a welcoming lobby experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Starting wage ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience, with full-time benefits available.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper telephone etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist AGM/GM with yield management and restrictions.
• Handle safe deposits by guests.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Know emergency and security procedures.
• Maintain inventory for supplies and market items.
• Assist with Month End tasks.
• Review pre-arrival dashboard and prepare billing and routing for arrivals.
• Train Front Desk staff.
