Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Front Desk Supervisor for five PM shifts (3-11pm), including weekends. Two years of hotel front desk experience is required.

The role places you at the hub of guest interaction, leading a team to uphold brand and Concord standards while delivering exceptional service. You will support check-ins, reservations, and guest communications, striving to exceed expectations and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience.
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent guest service.
• Willingness to work full-time PM shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist with yield management when needed.
• Handle safe deposits per procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Know emergency and security procedures.
