Job summary

The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a dedicated Banquet Attendant to join our team in Natick, MA. You will help set up and break down banquet spaces, maintain cleanliness, and provide strong support to banquet staff and guests.

Role is part-time or on-call with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior banquet or hospitality experience is preferred, and you will join a welcoming, guest-focused team at a vibrant Natick hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet operations or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work part-time or on-call.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist banquet servers with clearing and resetting tables.
• Transport and store banquet equipment and supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to requests from the banquet team and event managers.
• Ensure all banquet areas comply with safety and health standards.
• Help with inventory control and restocking of banquet supplies.
