The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of presentation for an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety procedures. Prior housekeeping experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within the hotel.
• Replenish room amenities and supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames.
