The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who thrives on hospitality excellence. You will lead guest experiences before, during, and after stays, ensuring each guest receives extraordinary service and seamless communication across departments.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory service-industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tact.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience in the service industry is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple hotel departments.
• Familiarity with Hilton Make It Right program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for exceptional guest experience using Hilton’s Make It Right program before, during and after a guest’s stay.
• Communicate clearly with guests and hotel departments in writing and speech.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skills; multitask and prioritize.
• Work independently or with the Front Office team to protect guest experiences.
• Use HEART model to resolve guest issues with care and tact.
• Assist Front Office during peak times; handle reservations from third-party sites and text apps.
• Analyze guest reports to anticipate needs throughout the stay.
• Serve as liaison between Front Office and Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering to resolve concerns.
