Job summary

Concord Hospitality invites applications for a Front Desk Supervisor at The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton, King of Prussia. You will lead the front desk team to create memorable guest experiences and ensure smooth operations during peak times, while coordinating with Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering.

We value hospitality excellence, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required, and prior Hilton systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervision experience in service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest experience using Make It Right program.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Assist Front Office during peak times and manage reservations.
• Analyze guest reports to anticipate needs throughout stay.
• Serve as liaison between Front Office and Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
