Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an Executive Sous Chef at The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton in King of Prussia, PA. You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure quality and safety across all service levels.

The role includes menu development, cost control, and coordination with sales and events to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong culinary skills and high standards for quality and presentation.
• Ability to coach and mentor culinary staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and replace in absence; manage kitchen and staff.
• Develop menus, monitor food costs, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation.
• Oversee all cooking operations for hotel functions on all shifts; control portioning standards.
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and liaison with other departments (sales, catering, room service).
• Ensure hygienic, safe, and sanitary kitchen conditions in compliance with regulations.
