Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team with warmth and efficiency. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, handling payments, and maintaining billing accuracy while driving guest satisfaction and revenue through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Weekdays, weekends and holidays required, including AM and PM shifts.
• Welcome guests and record information at check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate quick solutions with housekeeping/service staff.
• Process guest payments and deposits, finalize bills.
• Settle the cash drawer and print receipts, run reports.
• Ensure extras (drinks, entertainment, food) are charged to the final bill.
• Communicate with housekeeping/maintenance for room readiness.
• Maintain a clean lobby and welcoming atmosphere.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through service excellence.
• Manage reservations to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Maintain credit control and security procedures.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, or questions.
